Monthly Tai Chi seminars

Held in Lawrence Hall, Cholsey. Usually last Sunday of the Month. Cost £25 for 2 hours, £40 for four hours. These seminars explore in detail particular elements of taiji and qigong. They allow for a degree of intensive study difficult to achieve in classes.
